Prices do not include 10.5% tax, $70 processing fee and there would be a $50/per person security deposit that will be refunded within 45 days after a thorough inspection.

Parrot Lagoon Ocean Week

Before making a reservation, please read the High School Graduate Agreement that explains all the rules and regulations that will be enforced during Graduation weeks, and will need to be signed by graduates and their parents/guardians.

25% of the total rent plus a $70 non-refundable processing fee in form of credit card, cash, check, or money order is required to reserve the unit. 75% of the total rent is due 60 days prior to your arrival. 30 days prior to arrival a signed High School Graduate Agreement must be received with SECURITY DEPOSIT of $50 per person.

No one will be allowed to check-in without the signed agreement. Security Deposit less any damages, replacement costs, and cleaning costs will be refunded to guests within 45 days after check-out and a thorough inspection of the unit.

Rental period runs Saturday (check-in time will be after 3pm) to Saturday, 10 am, or Sunday (check-in time will be after 3pm) to Sunday, 10 am.

All units are fully furnished with all kitchen supplies (efficiencies, cottage, 2 room connecting units, and townhouses), pillows, and bedspreads. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN towels, sheets, beach towels, paper products, and toiletries. There WILL BE A MIDWEEK INSPECTION IN ALL UNITS.

Cancellation Policy
Sorry, once you have made the reservation, there are NO REFUNDS for any cancellations. No refunds for early check-outs, inclement weather, or in case of eviction.

Parking
We generally provide one parking space per unit. Additional parking is available if purchased in advance!

Pets
Sorry, we do not accept pets in June.
