Parrot Bay Condos is Ocean City's most unique condo resort and we are located only 5 minutes walking distance to the Ocean City, MD white sandy beach and boardwalk, free fishing pier, skate park, parks, restaurants and entertainment.

Parrot Bay Condos in Ocean City, MD offers you a variety of accommodations, from single rooms to three bedroom townhouses and condos. We strive to provide our guests with a unique experience, clean, comfortable, and most importantly, AFFORDABLE accommodations.

Check In
Check in time is between 3pm and 7pm. If you are planning to arrive late, please call to make arrangements for key pick up. You will receive a damage checklist upon check in that needs to be filled out and returned the day of arrival. Check your lodging agreement for your check in office.

Check Out
Check out time is before 10am. Guests shall :

Remove all food from refrigerator and all trash from property
Clean dishes and utensils and store them properly
Make beds
Leave furniture arranged properly
Check all drawers and closets for personal items
Close windows and lock the doors when leaving
Return the keys before 10:00 a.m. to check-in office

Guests are responsible for the property until all keys and parking permits are returned and property is vacated. If the rental property is not left in the condition described above, guest agrees to pay an excessive housekeeping fee.

Reservations and Deposit Policy
To reserve the unit for a full week, a $70 non-refundable processing fee will be required along with 25% of your total stay. Balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If you are making a reservation within the 30 day period of the arrival date, total amount is due at the time of the reservation. Refundable security deposit of $150 will be required, and it will be processed within 45 days after departure. Rental lodging agreement is due back signed within 7 days after reservation is made. If the agreement is not received in seven days, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and return the rental deposit less the processing fee.

To reserve the unit for a mini week (1-6 nights), a $35 non-refundable processing fee will be required along with 25% of your total stay or the first night payment plus tax, whichever is larger. Balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If you are making a reservation within the 30 day period of the arrival date, total amount is due at the time of the reservation. Refundable security deposit of $150 will be required for 4 nights and longer stays, and it will be processed within 45 days after departure. Rental lodging agreement is due back signed within 7 days after reservation is made. If the agreement is not received in seven days, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and return the rental deposit less the processing fee.

All rates are subject to 6% Maryland tax and 4.5% County room tax. Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards are accepted. 5% discount is offered if all payments but processing fee are paid by cash, checks or money orders in advance. Security Deposit
Reservations for 4 or more nights will require a security deposit that will be processed within 45 days after check-out and will be returned to guest less any costs for repairs or excessive housekeeping charges if the unit is not left as required.

Pets
If you are travelling with a pet, please let the reservations agent know, as only certain units allow furry travelers. There is a small pet fee charged per pet depending on the length of your stay. When booking online, please make sure the condo allows pets and make sure to note it in comments. While visiting, you do have to crate your pet if leaving them unattended, clean up after them when taking them for a walk, and ensure that other visitors will not be disturbed by extensive barking etc.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing. In the event that you must cancel or transfer to another unit, you will be charged 16% of the gross rent if the property is re-rented for the full amount. If property is not re-rented for the full amount, the full rental deposit is forfeited. A non-refundable processing fee is charged on each reservation.

If you have not checked in within the first 24 hours of your arrival date and not made other arrangements, the reservation may be cancelled and all rental monies forfeited.

Linens and Items to Bring
1-3 night long reservations will be supplied with linen; however, we do not have daily maid service. For 4 or more night stay, linen rental may be arranged through your reservationist. Otherwise, you will need to bring your own linens and towels, as well as paper products, dishwashing soap and toiletries. Kitchens are equipped with dishes, flatware, glasses, pots and pans.

Swimming Pools
We have two swimming pools to choose from: Parrot Bay Condo and Jocelyn Manor. Pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The opening and closing of pools varies and is at the property manager's discretion. Pools are closed periodically for maintenance without notice.
