We are located in downtown Ocean City, MD, just steps away from the famous Boardwalk and within walking distance of the beautiful bay, free fishing piers, a skate park, lots of shopping, and entertainment.

Parrot Lagoon offers you a variety of accommodations between the three locations, starting from our economy room at Parrot Lagoon Miami Beach to a fully furnished 3Br/2Ba condo or a townhouse unit at Parrot Lagoon Key West. Our condos and townhomes rent weekly and for mini-weeks. New in 2008! We offer a FREE BBQ or Crab Feast for the weekly condo rentals! Don't hesitate, take that special vacation this year and spend the quality time with your family and friends, we'll help with the relaxing atmosphere!

All of our locations gladly welcome High School Graduates or so called group rentals during the month of June. Graduating seniors are asked to sign an agreement that explains the rules and regulations that are enforced during the Beach Week.

We will gladly accept pets at some of our condos and townhouses at Parrot Lagoon Key West, as we ourselves are pet lovers and know how valuable it is for the WHOLE family to travel together. We are located near the bay and some green areas where you can walk your pet. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the Ocean City beach from May 1 till October 1; however, we will allow you to leave your pet in the condo unattended as long as they are well-behaved pets!
